• Support 3P Service and Collision Programs: Ensure accuracy of data shared between all key stakeholders for optimal repair planning.
• Investigate Inquiries: Research and answer questions from Certified Collision Centers, Insurance Companies, and internal teams.
• Verify Repair Methodologies: Validate processes in estimating platforms while collaborating with internal teams.
• Validate Repair Costs: Assess scenarios like due bills, internal damage, and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) findings.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Bridge approvals and rejections with Service Centers, Delivery Operations, Vehicle Operations, and Fleet teams.
• Handle Damage Disclosures: Promote transparency and compliance in all repair communications.
• Establish Workflows: Streamline repair reviews and approvals for faster processing.
• Develop Scalable Processes: Create adoptable solutions across all Rivian Service Centers.
• Utilize Claim Software: Manage claims and internal repairs efficiently.
