Role Overview

The Reporting Analysis Coordinator role in PepsiCo's China Foods supply chain team is pivotal for ensuring accurate, timely manufacturing reports and analytics. Based in Chengdu, Sichuan, this position supports key processes like Master Production Planning, Performance Tracking, and SAP operations for business units (BU) and plants. You'll harness tools such as PowerBI, RPA, and SAP to clean, analyze, and visualize data, enabling faster decision-making. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work in a high-pressure, collaborative environment within the dynamic food and beverage industry.

Key Processes Supported

Collaborate with PEP SC functions to streamline Manufacturing RM backflush, requisition, and production reports. Maintain the PepsiCo China Snack OPS online system and share best practices across plants.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve consolidating reports for effective tracking, including Plant Performance KPIs, Power Steering, and Sustainability reports. Specific duties include:

• Building and maintaining data models for P&P tracking; generating KPI reports per standardized templates.
• Reconciling RM/PM/FG in SAP, generating inventory and PO reports for co-manufacturers.
• Supporting RM requisition and backflush activities via RPA in SAP.
• Maintaining RPA processes, handling BI tool change requests, and evaluating new technology platforms.
• Supporting GCR AOP/PSP reporting and ongoing improvements to eliminate duplicate reporting.

Additionally, assist your line manager in training, process setup, and fostering connections with BU and plant teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates need:

• A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience in Data Analytics and Reporting, preferably cloud-based.
• Desired background in Supply Chain management, foods industry manufacturing, or food processing.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, PowerApps, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort with large datasets.
• Good English reading/writing skills, high personal integrity, and excellent communication/influencing abilities.
• Customer-centric, collaborative mindset with ability to thrive under pressure.
