  • Resolve guest issues by listening empathetically, apologizing, solving problems, and following through.
  • Notice dissatisfaction and apply judgment for 100% Guest Satisfaction when appropriate.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as a Reservations Coordinator, candidates need at least one year of front desk experience at an upscale hotel. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are a plus. Strong skills in computer systems, including Opera or similar reservations software, Microsoft Office suite, and reporting tools are mandatory.
