Role Overview

You'll assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new teammates, support various departments such as operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling shop floor products, and building visual displays. Recommending products to achieve sales targets, utilizing digital devices to connect online and offline sales, informing consumers and teammates about Nike offerings, and continuously improving your knowledge through Nike's training tools are all part of the daily impact you'll make.
