Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Assistant (Athlete), your role is pivotal in creating memorable consumer interactions. Key responsibilities include leveraging expertise in customer service and product knowledge to deliver premium brand experiences. You’ll assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees, support various store departments such as operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products, and building visual displays. Recommend appropriate products to hit sales targets, use digital devices to blend online and offline sales, inform consumers and teammates about Nike products and services, and continuously improve your knowledge through Nike’s training tools on sales trends, products, and culture.

Qualifications & Requirements
