• Developing growth targets and goals for Nike Direct Stores aligned with the overarching Nike Direct strategy.
• Being accountable for the financial budget, including full store P/L responsibility.
• Analyzing sales performance data to inform and refine strategies for the Nike Direct stores team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of progressive retail experience, ideally with premium brands.
