Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee daily pharmacy functions while upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.

• Collaborate with administrative and physician leadership in partnered health centers to implement pharmacist-driven clinical and dispensing services for patients.
• Implement industry best practices and maintain full department compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands and provide seamless service.
• Maintain precise records of all prescription medications received and dispensed.
• Develop and enforce policies for accurate dispensing, labeling, and security of prescriptions.
• Secure the prescription area, restrict unauthorized access, and report any thefts or diversions to relevant authorities like the Office of Drug Control and DEA.
• Keep the pharmacy in an orderly, sanitary condition while ensuring all personnel adhere to statutes governing pharmacy practice.

Qualifications & Requirements
