Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as our Retail Planning Manager, bring these qualifications to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 4+ years in planning, consulting, or analytical roles, preferably in retail.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with demand-planning tools or workforce-management systems (a strong asset).
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, excelling in ambiguity and complexity.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership with stellar verbal and written communication.
