  • Tracking periodic RGM performance, highlighting gaps, and driving interventions to meet targets.
  • Preparing initiative business proposals and leading Bill of Materials (BOM) processes.
  • Developing elasticity tools and new RGM handbooks for optimization insights.
  • Building processes and systems integrating SAP and BI tools for timely decision-making and efficiencies.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • A key degree in Accounting or Business Administration, such as CA, ACCA, or MBA Finance.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance and/or commercial functions, ideally within FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management methodologies and tools.
