  • Monitoring KPI metrics, developing new metrics, and identifying correlations/root causes to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Designing and building visualization dashboards to accelerate information-to-action cycles for stakeholders across the organization.
  • Developing programs, methodologies, and reports for data analysis, ensuring timely SLA-compliant submissions to Revenue Management teams.
  • Improving operational data utility for Business Intelligence, reporting, and insights, while assisting in training and capability building for the COE team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Broader data analysis capabilities with prior experience in Consumer Insights, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, or CPG consulting.
  • Proven expertise in pricing and promotions management, with deep knowledge of pricing strategies, market dynamics, and consumer behavior in FMCG.
  • Excellent visualization skills to transform complex data into actionable solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; quick learner for in-house software.
