The Revenue Management Manager position in Almaty, Kazakhstan, is a pivotal role within PepsiCo's BKCA operations.   • Optimizing advertising investment efficiency at the BKCA level by analyzing key factors influencing trade condition strategies.
  • Defining and shaping long-term mix management priorities to ensure sustainable business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Commercial Finance, Trade Marketing, or Sales Planning.
  • Practical experience with pricing models, profitability analysis, trade terms, and promo strategies; FMCG, pharmaceutical, tobacco, or related industries preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills: proficiency in handling large datasets, diagnostics, scenario modeling, and drawing actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of key commercial metrics including Gross Margin % (GM%), Net Sales Value (NSV), mix, promo ROI, and trade terms.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
  • Readiness to take ownership, drive change, maintain high accuracy, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
