About the Role

As an ABS Attorney, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting or leading securitization transactions from initial structuring to seamless closing. Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support structured finance and securitization transactions end-to-end, from structuring through closing phases.
• Draft, review, and negotiate essential securitization documentation, including Pooling & Servicing Agreements (PSAs), Indentures, Trust agreements, Offering memoranda, and related transaction documents.
• Handle diverse asset pools such as auto loans, credit card receivables, residential and commercial mortgages, equipment finance receivables, student loans, and other consumer or commercial receivables.
• Conduct true sale and non-consolidation analysis to mitigate risks and ensure transaction integrity.
• Drive Reg AB II compliance efforts, including reporting, documentation, and ongoing regulatory adherence.
• Engage directly with rating agencies, addressing diligence requests, documentation queries, and securing necessary approvals.

Required Qualifications
