  • Handle diverse asset pools such as auto loans, credit card receivables, residential and commercial mortgages, equipment finance receivables, student loans, and other consumer or commercial receivables.
  • Conduct true sale and non-consolidation analysis to mitigate risks and ensure transaction integrity.
  • Drive Reg AB II compliance efforts, including reporting, documentation, and ongoing regulatory adherence.
  • Engage directly with rating agencies, addressing diligence requests, documentation queries, and securing necessary approvals.
