Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify infrastructure needs, lifecycle refreshes, potential risks, and timely technology upgrade opportunities to optimize client operations.

Quoting, Proposals & Sales Support

  • Prepare detailed, customized quotes and proposals for roadmap-driven initiatives, encompassing infrastructure refreshes, application deployments, and high-impact strategic projects.
  • Generate timely and accurate quotes for ad-hoc requests involving hardware, software, and labor outside of standard managed service agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to precisely scope projects, ensuring proposals accurately reflect required resources, timelines, and deliverables.

Financial & Contract Management

  • Partner seamlessly with accounting teams to support monthly close activities, including meticulous billing reviews and swift resolution of invoice discrepancies.
  • Participate actively in contract audits to validate service levels, ensure licensing accuracy, and apply appropriate user or device count adjustments.

Growth & Revenue Expansion

  • Identify and aggressively pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, introducing new managed services, innovative solutions, or advanced technology offerings.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, recommending tailored technology strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and powerfully support client business objectives.

Required Qualifications
