Key Responsibilities

• Monitor cash balances across multiple Funds, GPs, and the management company to ensure liquidity and accuracy.
• Initiate wire transfers and ACH payments efficiently to vendors, investors, and employees.
• Assist in preparing quarterly financial statement packages delivered to investors, showcasing your reporting expertise.
• Support audit and tax engagements, contributing to seamless compliance.
• Draft Capital Call Notices and Distribution Notices for various Funds and GPs.
• Review monthly bills, calculate expense allocations, and create bills for quarterly monitoring fees and portfolio reimbursements.
• Handle monthly bank reconciliations, bank fee analysis, and journal entries for approximately 15 partnerships.
• Compile detailed monthly cash transfer logs, including external, internal, and wire confirmations.
• Maintain a monthly restricted stock list and other compliance items.
• Organize and update various files and records for optimal accessibility and relevance.
