Key Responsibilities

As the Accounting & Finance Manager, you'll lead critical functions using the MIPS accounting system and more:

  • Manage general ledger operations, including posting, closing, account analysis, accounts payable, billing, aging, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare monthly interim financial statements, journal entries for operations and investments, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow statements.
  • Track and report daily cash positions in operating accounts to maintain liquidity.
  • Compile governmental reports, insurance reports, and annual consolidation budgets.
  • Oversee Payment Management System (PMS) monthly reconciliations and withdrawals.
  • Prepare and submit Federal Financial Reports (FFR) with precision.
  • Deliver monthly and annual financial reports to administrators, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.
  • Support fiscal year audits by preparing schedules for vacation accruals, revenues, A/P accruals, Form 990, Single Audit, Pension Audit, and regular audits.
