  • Direct preparation, review, and reconciliation of supporting schedules, disclosure checklists, and supplemental documentation
  • Serve as primary liaison with internal/external auditors for quarterly/annual filings and audit coordination
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and business leaders to develop narrative disclosures including business descriptions, MD&A, and risk factors
  • Lead development and review of quarterly/annual earnings releases and support annual proxy statement preparation
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of XBRL tagging for all filings
  • Provide technical accounting guidance for complex transactions, M&A purchase accounting, and judgmental areas
  • Oversee equity-related accounting including stock-based compensation, equity transactions, and external service provider relationships
  • Establish and update accounting policies/procedures, ensure SOX control compliance, and drive process improvements
