Key Responsibilities

• Lead full accounting integration for M&A transactions: handle purchase accounting, earn-out calculations, opening balance sheet setups, and net working capital true-ups to ensure seamless post-acquisition financial alignment.
• Oversee investment tracking, including detailed performance metrics and precise loan amortization schedules to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize general ledger reporting frameworks tailored to evolving business needs, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team of accounting professionals, with emphasis on AR/AP processes, fostering growth and motivation.
• Generate accurate weekly and monthly cash flow projections spanning 15 months, factoring in investment hires, M&A activities, share repurchases, and other key outflows.
• Prepare comprehensive lender compliance packages, including calculations, certifications, and schedules for quarterly reviews and permitted acquisition approvals.
• Deliver 3rd party equity partner reporting: compile compliance calculations, certifications, financial statements, data books, and respond to inquiries monthly/quarterly.
• Manage complex stock compensation accounting for M&A deals, restricted share grants/vesting, option exercises, purchases, and repurchases.

Required Qualifications for Accounting Manager
