To excel as our Accounting Manager – Reconciliations, candidates must bring a proven track record in financial reconciliations within financial services, ideally credit unions or similar institutions. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required, complemented by 5+ years of progressive experience in general ledger management and reconciliations.
Technical proficiency is paramount: expertise with BlackLine or equivalent reconciliation platforms, coupled with strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance acumen, is essential. Leadership skills shine through your ability to manage hybrid teams (onsite and outsourced), drive automation projects, and develop performance metrics.
