  • Proactively pinpoint process improvement opportunities, implement robust internal controls, and refine documentation procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted liaison for external auditors, tax professionals, and other key service providers.
  • Champion special projects, including the rollout of cutting-edge accounting software, to modernize and streamline operations.

Required Qualifications for Accounting Manager

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA certification is highly preferred.
