Key Responsibilities

As Accounting Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end accounting for our management company, ensuring precision, compliance, and efficiency. Your strategic mindset will drive automation, forecasting, and controls to support our rapid expansion.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate quarterly and annual financial statements, delivering insights that inform executive decisions.
  • Cash and Ledger Management: Handle cash operations, payments, distributions, and maintain the management company general ledger with meticulous detail.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage accounts payable, payroll processing, and 401(k) administration to keep operations seamless.
  • Compliance Partnership: Collaborate with tax and compliance teams for timely, error-free filings and regulatory adherence.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization, including implementing automation tools and system upgrades.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in progressive accounting roles, with management company or fund accounting exposure
