Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you'll have end-to-end ownership of critical accounting processes:

• Prepare and own quarterly and annual financial statements, perform complex reconciliations, and manage fund allocations with precision.
• Oversee cash management, general ledger activities, monthly close cycles, and seamless investor distributions.
• Manage accounts payable (AP), expense reimbursements, credit card reconciliations, and intercompany transactions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Lead payroll processing and 401(k) administration, handling all aspects from onboarding to reporting.
• Collaborate on tax filings with internal leaders and external CPAs, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting models, and the development of strong internal controls to mitigate risks.
• Drive improvements in accounting systems, automation tools, and workflows to support operational scaling.
• Provide expert oversight and hands-on support to fund accounting teams, enhancing overall financial operations.

Required Qualifications for Accounting Manager
