  • Conducting in-depth reviews of manufacturing variances such as labor, overhead, purchase price variance (PPV), and material usage to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Supporting advanced cost accounting initiatives and margin analysis to inform pricing and profitability strategies.
  • Partnering closely with plant operations leaders and supply chain professionals to monitor and enhance financial performance.
  • Maintaining stringent internal controls and SOX compliance standards to mitigate risks.
  • Facilitating smooth external audits, internal audits, and ad-hoc financial requests.
  • Championing process improvements, standardization efforts, and automation tools to streamline shared services operations.
  • Contributing expertise to ERP system implementations, upgrades, and integrations for seamless financial data flow.

Required Qualifications
