Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate supporting documentation for financials, footnotes, Earnings Per Share (EPS), and Statement of Cash Flows, while contributing to earnings releases and Investor Relations materials.
  • Partner with external auditors, owning relevant requests to streamline audit processes.
  • Stay ahead of US GAAP/SEC developments, spearheading adoption of new pronouncements and disclosure requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth research on accounting literature, drafting technical memorandums, white papers, and internal policies for novel transactions.
  • Analyze new customer agreements under ASC 606, collaborating with the Revenue team for proper treatment.
  • Optimize period-end close and audit communications alongside the Controller and Accounting team.
  • Design, implement, and maintain SOX-compliant controls with VP of Finance, Controller, and Director, monitoring effectiveness over time.
