About the Role

As the Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting, you will report directly to the Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you'll wear multiple hats to drive financial accuracy and regulatory adherence:

• Lead the preparation of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Proxy) and XBRL efforts, guaranteeing compliance with all SEC rules and US GAAP standards.
• Coordinate and document supports for financial statements, footnotes, EPS calculations, and cash flow statements, while contributing to earnings releases and Investor Relations materials.
• Collaborate directly with external auditors, owning audit requests to facilitate seamless reviews.
• Stay ahead of U.S. GAAP and SEC developments, spearheading the implementation of new pronouncements and disclosures.
• Research accounting literature to produce technical memos, white papers, and policies supporting innovative transaction treatments.
• Scrutinize new customer agreements under ASC 606, partnering with Revenue teams for precise accounting.
• Enhance period-end close and audit processes with the Controller and Accounting team for maximum efficiency.
• Design, implement, and refine SOX-compliant controls alongside senior finance leaders, ensuring sustained effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
