  • Coordinate, prepare, and verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation for financial statements, related disclosures, Earnings Per Share schedules, and Statement of Cash Flows
  • Assist in earnings releases and other Investor Relations materials to support transparent communication with stakeholders
  • Work directly with external auditors, managing relevant audit requests and ensuring smooth audit processes
  • Monitor developments in U.S. GAAP and SEC guidelines, leading the adoption of new accounting pronouncements and enhanced disclosure requirements
  • Conduct in-depth research on accounting literature, preparing technical memorandums, white papers, and internal accounting policies to justify positions on new transactions
  • Review customer agreements under ASC 606 standards and collaborate with the Revenue team for proper revenue recognition and accounting treatment
  • Partner with the Controller and Accounting team to develop efficient processes and maintain clear communication during period-end close and external audits
