Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financials.

Technical Accounting and Reporting

  • Perform in-depth technical accounting research on complex transactions, revenue recognition, leases, and other GAAP-related matters.
  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for executive review.

Audit and Compliance Support

  • Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth audit processes.
  • Maintain robust internal controls, SOX compliance (if applicable), and adherence to all relevant accounting standards.

Business Partnering

  • Collaborate closely with department heads and the CFO on annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions, cost optimization, and growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; Master's degree or CPA certification strongly preferred.
