Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Core Accounting Processes: Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) operations, cash management activities, and Goods Received/Invoice Received (GR/IR) reconciliations to ensure precision and efficiency in daily transactions.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Administer all general accounting functions in strict adherence to US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) standards, safeguarding the organization's financial integrity.
  • Lead Financial Closes: Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles, including meticulous review of journal entries, variance analysis, and reconciliation of account balances for accurate financial statements.
  • Documentation and Controls: Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, conduct walkthroughs, and perform control testing to support robust internal audit readiness.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and executive teams to enable precise forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing cost improvement initiatives that drive business performance.
  • Audit Liaison: Act as the primary interface for internal and external auditors, coordinating documentation, responding to inquiries, and resolving findings promptly.

Required Qualifications
