Key Responsibilities

- Lead monthly close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP standards. This includes reconciling accounts, reviewing journal entries, and preparing financial statements for executive review.
- Oversee daily accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and cash flow management to optimize operational efficiency.
Team Management and Development
- Supervise and mentor two direct reports, providing guidance on best practices, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to build a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of attention to detail, accountability, and continuous improvement within the accounting department.
Strategic Financial Planning

Required Qualifications
