• Drive process improvements across Purchasing, Inventory Management, Billing, and Accounts Receivable, implementing best practices that boost efficiency and reduce errors.
• Act as the Epicor Prophet 21 subject matter expert, optimizing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and providing training to staff for maximum productivity.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this Accounting Manager/Supervisor role, candidates must bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting management within manufacturing and distribution industries.
