Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve hands-on management of financial workflows:

• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to guarantee timely and accurate transactions, minimizing errors and delays.
• Handle bi-weekly payments to subcontractors while meticulously maintaining vendor accounts for seamless operations.
• Onboard new vendors and subcontractors by gathering essential documents like W-9 forms, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and contracts, ensuring compliance and organization.
• Track job costs diligently, coding expenses to specific projects to support accurate project profitability analysis.
• Process and reconcile invoices, credit card transactions, and receipts, upholding the integrity of financial records.
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices and progress billings, facilitating smooth cash flow.
• Support payroll processing and review timesheets, contributing to efficient team compensation.
• Maintain organized digital and physical accounting records for easy access and audits.
• Participate in month-end closing and generate financial reports to aid strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve billing and payment inquiries promptly.

Required Qualifications and Skills
