Core Accounting & Operational Finance

  • Conduct routine bank reconciliations and craft comprehensive cash flow and deposit analyses.
  • Track project expenses meticulously and oversee work-in-progress (WIP) reporting for construction projects.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers, handling depreciation schedules and capital expenditure reports.
  • Perform thorough balance sheet reconciliations to uphold general ledger accuracy.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly financial statements for executive review.

Compliance, Tax & Audit Management

  • Prepare and submit all necessary tax filings, adhering to local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Liaise with external auditors to facilitate seamless annual audits.
