Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle AP Ownership

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, from invoice receipt and verification to check runs, wire transfers, and electronic payments.
• Code invoices accurately to the appropriate general ledger accounts, cost centers, and properties using Yardi Voyager software.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as the trusted point of contact for property managers, vendors, and internal teams, resolving inquiries and disputes promptly.
• Partner with operations to ensure seamless invoice approvals and payment scheduling across a portfolio of residential properties.

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare AP aging reports, cash flow projections, and ad hoc analyses using advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
• Maintain impeccable documentation, audit trails, and internal controls to support compliance and financial integrity.

System and Process Optimization

• Leverage Yardi daily for vendor setup, PO matching, workflow automation, and data reconciliation.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on full-cycle AP experience, ideally in real estate, property management, or hospitality sectors.
