About the Role

• Collaborating closely with internal departments such as procurement, operations, and accounting, as well as external vendors, to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve issues promptly.
• Supporting the month-end close process by preparing accurate reports, analyzing data trends, and contributing to financial closings.
• Participating in special projects, process improvements, and ad-hoc tasks that leverage your analytical skills and drive efficiency.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records in compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.
• Utilizing advanced Excel tools like pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data validation to generate insightful reports and streamline workflows.
• Monitoring payment schedules to optimize cash flow and vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications
