Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices, check requests, and expense reports with precision and efficiency.
• Prepare and execute payments via checks, ACH transfers, and wire services, ensuring compliance with payment terms.
• Match, batch, and code invoices accurately within the company's ERP or accounting system.
• Proactively monitor vendor accounts to maintain up-to-date payments and swiftly resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Contribute to month-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting preparation.
• Maintain comprehensive vendor files, 1099 documentation, and related records for audit readiness.
