• Prioritize vendor payments strategically, partnering with Treasury on cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity optimization.
• Design and implement scalable AP systems, policies, and automation tools (e.g., integrating with Yardi or NetSuite) to support organizational scaling.
• Monitor KPIs such as days payable outstanding (DPO), error rates, and processing times, using data-driven insights to boost performance.
• Foster cross-functional relationships with procurement, accounting, and leadership to align AP strategies with broader business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in a dynamic real estate environment.

Required Qualifications
