Key Responsibilities

Core AP Processing Duties

• Review, code, and process high-volume vendor invoices swiftly and accurately, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.
• Manage electronic payments, employee reimbursements, and vendor disbursements utilizing Ramp's advanced features for spend control and visibility.

Reconciliation and Reporting

• Perform meticulous reconciliation of credit card transactions, ensuring all expenditures align with receipts and approvals.
• Reconcile bank statements monthly, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
• Assist in month-end closing processes, preparing comprehensive AP reports that support timely financial closes.

Compliance and Collaboration

• Maintain precise financial records within the ERP/accounting system, ensuring data integrity for real-time reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like procurement, accounting, and operations, as well as external vendors, to resolve invoice disputes and payment queries promptly.

Process Optimization

Required Qualifications
