Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and employee expenses efficiently using advanced AP automation software and integrated ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks.
• Conduct thorough reviews, verifications, and reconciliations of invoices, swiftly identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain cash flow accuracy.
• Oversee automated payment runs including ACH transfers, wire payments, and check disbursements, proactively managing exceptions and ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and collaborate with internal stakeholders like procurement, finance, and operations teams to resolve complex payment or invoice issues.
