Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, mentor, and supervise AP and AR teams to foster accountability, high performance, and professional growth.
• Train team members on advanced financial systems including NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.

Financial Operations Oversight

• Review and approve invoices, payments, and manage aging reports for timely collections and disbursements.
• Monitor cash flow, optimize payment schedules, and oversee daily financial transactions to maintain liquidity.
• Resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment issues with vendors and customers efficiently.

Reporting and Compliance

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and accurate financial reporting.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining impeccable documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Leverage Mac products and Google Workspace for streamlined reporting and workflow management.

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline AP/AR processes, driving continuous improvements and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local financial regulations in a manufacturing context.

Required Qualifications
