  • Champion process improvement through automation to enhance efficiencies, reduce manual processes, and improve accuracy
  • Facilitate resolution and escalations with stakeholders including AR customer service, cash management, credit and collections, and internal/external partners
  • Inform and implement policies and protocols for AR processes such as misapplication of cash, account adjustments, bad debt, unclaimed property, and reconciliations
  • Meet month-end close deadlines including adjustments, reconciliations, and remediation of system issues per management's direction
  • Operate as part of a team, assisting where needed across departments
  • Perform UAT and regression testing for related AR processes and systems
  • Review and validate SOPs for accuracy and completeness
