  • Follow up on overdue payments through phone calls, emails, and letters; allocate received payments accurately and monitor customer accounts for irregularities or disputes.
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations, identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices, payments, and ledger entries.
  • Prepare and process daily bank deposits, reconcile bank statements, and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries promptly, providing clear communication and effective resolutions to maintain satisfaction.
  • Process invoice adjustments, credit memos, and initiate formal collection efforts for delinquent accounts when necessary.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive accounts receivable files, both digital and physical, for audit readiness and easy access.
  • Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to address inquiries, negotiate payment terms, and build lasting working relationships.
  • Assist in month-end close processes, including aging reports, bad debt analysis, and financial statement preparation.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as system implementations or process improvements, to enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications
