Key Responsibilities

Cash Management and Applications

Collections and Customer Relations

  • Proactively manage commercial collections by contacting clients, negotiating payment plans, and minimizing bad debt.
  • Communicate effectively with internal sales teams, external customers, and vendors to resolve account issues swiftly.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Perform daily reconciliations of cash receipts against bank statements and update general ledgers accurately.
  • Prepare detailed accounts receivable aging reports, DSO metrics, and assist in month-end close processes.
  • Ensure all AR transactions adhere to company policies, GAAP standards, and SOX internal controls.
