Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end credit, billing, collections, and cash application operations across a global portfolio.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 30+ AR professionals, including offshore teams and regional leaders.
• Develop and execute strategic credit policies to achieve aggressive DSO improvements and enhance cash flow.
• Implement advanced automation tools to streamline high-volume AR processes and ensure scalability.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and mitigation strategies for multi-continent receivables.
• Partner with sales and executive teams to balance growth acceleration with robust receivables protection.
• Monitor KPIs such as DSO, collection effectiveness, bad debt ratios, and cash conversion cycles.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the AR function.

Required Qualifications

To succeed as our Accounts Receivable Director, you bring:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in credit and collections leadership, ideally as a Director or VP in AR.
• Demonstrated success in reducing DSO and optimizing cash flow in complex, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to lead large teams (30+ members) across domestic and offshore locations.
• Deep expertise in credit risk management, billing systems, and cash application best practices.
• Strong technical skills in AR automation software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills for executive collaboration and team mentoring.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
