Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize the existing Adaptive Planning system to align perfectly with enterprise financial reporting needs.
• Enhance data integration processes, focusing on improving or replacing NetSuite Saved Search-based actuals loads for seamless data flow.
• Redesign model structures, segmentation, and data granularity to enable comprehensive, actionable reporting and planning.
• Develop and implement advanced planning features, including sophisticated balance sheet forecasting and scenario modeling capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and IT teams to establish a shared governance model, boosting system stability and user adoption.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering system design, integrations, and industry best practices.
• Strengthen core budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functionalities within the Adaptive Planning platform.
• Proactively address system limitations, data load challenges, and performance issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Leverage your expertise to redesign levels, dimensions, and models, adapting to evolving business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing advanced features like scenario modeling, driver-based planning, and balance sheet forecasting.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in Finance, IT, and business units.
• Exceptional documentation abilities and experience establishing governance frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Consulting background in enterprise FP&A tools; Workday Adaptive certification is highly preferred.
• Problem-solving mindset to overcome complex system and data challenges.
