Schedule monthly team meetings, manage follow-ups, and support post-meeting actions. Collaborate with the COO on culture-building and engagement programs as a Hospitality Team member.
Prepare event essentials like name badges, ribbons, and meal stickers. Maintain and order supplies for conferences. Design registration forms, run surveys, and coordinate logistics including shipping. Ensure flawless execution for meetings and events.
