  • Creating and updating content for registration webpages and the student portal, ensuring users have access to the latest information.
  • Supporting internal reporting initiatives and upholding data accuracy within the core student information system (SIS).
  • Fielding and resolving student inquiries on residency appeals, course substitutions, overrides, and more.
  • Serving as a key communicator for students on all registration and academic matters.
  • Collaborating cross-departmentally to streamline administrative workflows.
  • Contributing to audits and compliance reviews aligned with university policies and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications
