Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Workfront submissions, provide timely updates, and track project progress to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Support the creation of internal enablement materials, such as detailed call notes, follow-up actions, and centralized resource libraries for team efficiency.

Alliance & Partner Marketing Support

  • Drive ServiceNow and other alliance initiatives by managing co-marketing requests, documentation, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with alliance managers, internal SMEs, and Risk practitioners to define content needs, establish timelines, and deliver high-quality assets.
  • Assist in the development of co-branded marketing materials, partner events, and joint GTM activities that strengthen strategic partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

  • Partner closely with the Risk Consulting lead marketer on weekly priorities, intake processes, and status reporting to maintain alignment.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Centers of Excellence, and alliance teams, serving as the key coordination point for practitioners involved in campaigns.
  • Maintain comprehensive project trackers, GTM calendars, and deliver clear status reports for leadership visibility.
  • Produce detailed meeting recaps with actionable items and ownership assignments, draft light content like internal communications and social media posts, and support basic reporting using partner data or internal systems.
