  • Validate transaction economics, customizing analysis to meet unique deal requirements and ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Process and book lease and loan transactions directly into the lease and loan servicing system to enable timely funding.
  • Assemble comprehensive loan and lease packages, meticulously verifying calculations, interest rates, signatures, and dates; prepare checklists, secure subordination agreements, and file UCC financing statements.
  • Confirm all documents are complete and funding-ready before final approval.
  • Take on additional projects as directed by the Manager, showcasing your versatility and initiative.
