Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare loan and lease documents, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all specifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for transaction status updates and problem resolution among Documentation Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Sales Associates, Customers, Internal Groups, and Vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Associates and Customers, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers on critical matters like invoice-funding status, purchase order management, and account reconciliation.
• Meticulously manage pending files, handling documentation, UCC filings, insurance verification, and diligent follow-ups on titles and other required documents.
• Validate transaction economics, customizing analysis to meet unique deal requirements and ensuring financial accuracy.
• Process and book lease and loan transactions directly into the lease and loan servicing system to enable timely funding.
• Assemble comprehensive loan and lease packages, meticulously verifying calculations, interest rates, signatures, and dates; prepare checklists, secure subordination agreements, and file UCC financing statements.
• Confirm all documents are complete and funding-ready before final approval.
• Take on additional projects as directed by the Manager, showcasing your versatility and initiative.

Required Qualifications
