Key Responsibilities

Invoice Intake & Verification

Receive, review, and validate all incoming invoices and employee expense reports. Ensure accuracy in coding, approvals, and supporting documentation to prevent errors and delays in the AP cycle.

Payment Processing Excellence

Prepare and execute payments through ACH, wires, and checks, adhering to company policies, schedules, and internal controls. Your precision here safeguards financial integrity.

Vendor Management & Relations
