Key Responsibilities

Invoice Intake & Verification

Receive, review, and validate all incoming invoices and employee expense reports. Ensure accuracy in coding, approvals, and supporting documentation to prevent errors and delays in the AP cycle.

Payment Processing Excellence

Prepare and execute payments through ACH, wires, and checks, adhering to company policies, schedules, and internal controls. Your precision here safeguards financial integrity.

Vendor Management & Relations

Maintain accurate vendor master data, including W-9s, 1099 designations, and banking details. Proactively respond to inquiries, track credit memos, and build strong vendor partnerships.

Month-End Close & Reporting

Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger, prepare accruals, verify payable reports, and support audit schedules. Your work ensures financial statements are audit-ready and reliable.

Compliance, Controls & Treasury Support

Uphold AP policies, handle 1099 year-end reporting, and drive process improvements with automation. Assist treasury in bank account management, KYC responses, and fee monitoring.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
