  • Compiling and organizing comprehensive supporting documentation for validation and dispute processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance AR efficiency.
  • Processing diverse customer receipts including ACH, wire transfers, credit cards, and checks per established protocols.
  • Performing weekly and monthly customer account reconciliations, investigating, and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Assisting with cash application, payment allocations, and recovery timeline development.
  • Engaging professionally with clients via phone, email, or online portals regarding invoicing issues and outstanding payments.
  • Supporting the Senior Manager and team with ad hoc requests, special projects, and period-end close activities.
  • Analyzing aged receivable reports to detect trends, high-risk accounts, and actionable insights.
  • Assisting in internal and external audit requests related to accounts receivable.
