Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve short ship deductions related to returns, shortages, overages, and inventory variances.
• Uphold strict adherence to internal audit controls, SOX compliance standards, and financial best practices.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance departments to swiftly resolve billing issues.
• Partner with the finance team to ensure precise financial reporting and aging analysis.
• Step into supervisory duties as needed (e.g., during A/R Manager PTO), including retrieving daily bank reports and updating the Aging Report.

Required Qualifications
