Located in the sunny Southwest, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on high-profile construction projects while advancing your career in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. As Assistant Controller, you'll be the financial backbone for project success, ensuring precision in reporting, forecasting, and analysis that keeps the company ahead of the curve.

Above all, possess a collaborative, analytical mindset with proven leadership abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and clear communication to thrive across teams.
